This small residential space illustrates efficient design and low waste construction techniques. ICF Is thermally efficient and produces close to zero waste in the construction process. The design and material choices allow for maximum use of passive solar advantages while still maintaining the look of the ranch vernacular. Other energy efficient features include: radiant heating, low volt lighting, and a passive solar ventilation fan unit.
