Type of Construction: Restored brick and new addition light wood frame, re-plumbed and re-wired for a new kitchen and state-of-the-art system.
Green Features: Reviving An existing urban structure, highly insulated, durable long lasting materials.
We decided in the beginning that builders and designers would need to work together to implement the clients’ vision for this project. We re-habilitate a turn of the century brick building retaining its long history as an eating and drinking establishment while transforming it into a modern bistro.
